The shirt of emotional trauma in a PROMO PIC?!? This can't be good...
I am definitelymaybe positive that Sam's the Antichrist, Dean has to kill him, and then kills himself.
Thoughts?

So, that is kinda my thoughts too. But I think Sam is the antichrist and God brought Dean back from hell because he is the only one who can stop Sam from turning. Kripke has said in interviews that it isn't nteresting to him if Sam just turns evil, it's living with potential evil inside of him and choosing to fight it or not that is the real story.
I guess we'll have to see what happens!
